I received this webisode yesterday from Tracy Anderson. It's just what I needed to get myself off the sofa and back to working out! My eating and workout habits have changed in the past few weeks due to vacation and going back to school and I just haven't felt energized. I decided to make a plan and start working out six days a week again! That's when you see big time results. I know that I'll feel better once I get my heart pumping.
